Any item that shows the sign of alteration, resizing or if the unique identification number is missing from the product, such products cannot be accepted for 100% buy back.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
In case, any coupon, discounts or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to it.
If there is any breakage on the diamonds at the time of return, value of those broken diamonds will be deducted.
